Homebrew Can someone convert this save file to power saves format.

I don't think they want anything. They just want the save (which is already completed according to its file name) re dumped with power saves so that they can use power saves to insert it into their game. They probably don't have a way to launch homebrew on their 3DS or else they could just import the save themselves with JK's Save Manager.

This technically won't work based on the game, if it's a game with low save encryption like LoZ: OoT, then you can transfer the same on Powersaves. I don't know what game this is, but it might work, it might not.

According from the filename, I'd take a wild guess and say it's a completed savegame for shin megami tensei 4 and if I had to take another wild guess I'd say it's for USA region, as EUR isn't released yet and from the language of OP I'd assume he is not playing the Japanese version.
