Hacking Can sky3ds use 3ds/3dz dumped from legit cartridge

I know this is a starter question.
For private headers:
So if I dump a 3ds file from a cartridge, will it fit with sky3ds directly? Or do I need extract the header and reinsert?
And can old 3ds dump new 3ds exclusives such as Xenoblade chronicles? (why would nintendo release a digital wii version on the wii u months later?)

I have both, but new 3ds starts with 9.5 and currently on 10.1

If you have access to the gateway menu, why would you use Sky3DS, and not just use CFW?

Because sky3ds is for my new 3ds whose os is too high for gateway

If you want to dump games you need to have a console with 9.2 or less. If you are able to dump games you don't need Sky.

I want to play games on my new 3ds xl which has a sysnand of 10.1.0-27, I also have a o3ds at 4.5

You have to insert the header into your Sky3DS template.
I believe o3DS can dump n3DS exclusives.
