did you copy ticket.db AT THE SAME TIME as movable.sed? Or did you do one, then the other? All the magic happens on the initial, after transfer, setup process.

And the registering thing does not matter to the end user. You can do a system format, or delete the game from data management, and you will still be able to download it from eshop and play it.

BTW, 3DBrew says ticket.db is encrypted by console-unique key, but movable.sed & /data/ files don't.

2) Re-downloading is always working because the pre-install ticket can't be deleted by system format & delete game.

Really? Other than the OTP, or is it the OTP? And... since the 3ds obviously has to be able to read it, why can't we tell the 3DS to read it and spit the decrypted part out to a file (and if too difficult to do it backwards, use the two to generate an xorpad)? I can't help but think that everything that is needed to get the whole thing into plain text is already known, making it easy to delete individual keys. Someone who knows how to code just needs to put the pieces together. Even if it breaks signatures, it shouldn't matter with a9lh (unless it completely breaks eshop). I don't see how a dynamic file could be signed though. It must be like any other save file, if anything.

Edit: Then again, FunkyCIA2 is obviously able to pick out an individual ticket from the file, and let you grab software from the Nintendo servers with it. Something doesn't sound right...

So... is there a way to transfer non-signed cias from an emunand to another one on a different 3ds?
Is true that the system transfer does not transfer these kind of cias?

What would we need to make a 3ds able to read the "Nintendo 3ds" folder of another 3ds?
Anything other than movable.sed and ticket.db?

Sorry for this bunch of questions... but I like to know how things work in addition to the steps I have to follow

I can confirm you can definitely redownload them. I installed a bunch on my sysnand when it was still up to date, then tied my NNID to a different 3DS and was able to download all of them again from the eShop.

how to do that?
