Hacking Can I use Gateway's launcher.dat with 3DS Link?

My friend has a 3DS Link and she wants to play some games that need 7.0 FW or higher, but because 3DS Link SUCKS (like every Gateway clone with very little support), there isn't EmuNand (or at least I can't find anything about it on Google) so she can't play them. So here's my question.

Okay but I want to know if I can use GW launcher.dat with 3DS Link

You can get the Gateway menu but you can't make an EmuNAND or launch Gateway mode, as it will check that the red cart is present.

You could always like, try it out. And if it doesn't work then you know. But as Quantumcat said, you need the red card to launch GW or Classic mode. It will let you create emuNAND, but you can't use it without the red card.
