Not a microSD card by itself, but a miniSD that has a slot for a microSD card.
I can't see why you wouldn't be able to. You see many miniSD card's around these days, so I imagine they are more expensive than MicroSD cards with a miniSD adapter. Just remember to stick to the MicroSD cards rather than MicroSDHC.
Wait, SDHC don't work on EZ Flash IV?
I don't have one, but it's a reasonable assumption.
GBAtemp reviewed the EZ Flash IV back in may 2006 http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=32250 and presumably they were out for a while before that review.
The SDHC specification wasn't completed until June 2006, and they didn't ship for a few months after that. So I can't see how it would have SDHC support.
Provided you stick to 2GB MicroSD cards, they should fine with the miniSD adapter.
