would you recommend to buy the SanDisk 32GB Ultra Micro SD HC Class 10 Memory Card for new 3ds.

Any class 10 card will probably be perfectly fine, so long as it is a reputable brand with good reviews. The great thing is that prices for large capacity cards are becoming very affordable. I bought two 32GB sd cards, one for my 3ds for rxTools + emuNAND before moving into a9lh, and another for my wii u for loadiine (and other homebrew, if the wii u homebrew community grows at all)

for the wiiu you should just buy a tb hard drive since it does not only support sd
Wii U homebrew does not support USB hard drives. I already have one, it's just that I can't use loadiine with it (or any other homebrew). I'm talking about Wii U homebrew, not vWii homebrew or standard Wii U applications.
