Can I update to the latest OFW without any risk for my hacked 3DS XL?

i have just updated my hakced 3DS XL to the latest Luma 3dS available here: https://3ds.hacks.guide/restoring-updating-cfw.html
i hacked my original fw Nintendo 3DS Max and i installed my GB, GBC, GBA and 3DS games collection. My current fw is: 11.16.0-49E

Can i updated now to the latest Nintendo Official fw without any risk to loose any function and hack? or is there any risk?

As long as you are running the latest Luma, you a good to update.

Yes it's safe, and since you're on 11.16 means you atleast have Luma3DS v.11 installed. Regardless, i recommend updating to v.12.0.1 if you haven't already.

I don't know why, but i have just updated to that 12.0.1 version...but if i go into Options menu. i see Sys 11.16.0-49E
Is this the Luma 3DS or OFW version? Where i can see the Luma3DS version?

thats the system version, hold select while the console turns on to see the luma version

Hold "select" on boot to access Luma3DS menu. Update the fw from the system settings.

so now i can safely update to the latest nintendo OFW from the system setting. My games (3DS, GB, GBC, GBA and DS) will continue to work, right?

Yes, things should be as if you're still on fw 11.16, nothing's changed.
