As said, update Luma3ds to v5.4 then update as normal. If you have the homebrewchannel, rename hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_OLD-10-7-0-32-EUR.bin to hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_OLD-11-0-0-33-EUR.bin if you have a o3ds change OLD to NEW for a n3ds. your homebrew channel is back and its business as usual :)

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
