Hacking Can I trim 3DS games with NDSTokyoTrim3 and still use the games with Sky3DS?

Can I trim 3DS games with NDSTokyoTrim3 and still use the games with Sky3DS? The games can be rather large in size, So I was wondering if this can be done?

Not sure about NDSTOkyoTrim3, but all Card1 games can be trimmed with rom_tool and can still be played with Sky3DS flawlessly.
