If you haven't "unlinked" sysNAND and redNAND (you haven't formatted redNAND), you can just use Data Management to transfer the save onto a USB device, and then from there you can transfer it to your redNAND.

But why are you using redNAND? It really isn't necessary unless you are a developer tinkering with untested system functions.

Saviine doesn't care where you're launching from. It just looks to see what's playing on the screen and dumps/injects to there.

    Load saviine
Set up your pc for saviine
    Launch your game in sysnand
Dump your save to pc with saviine
    Turn of Wii U
Move the save to inject folder
    Boot Wii U
    Launch redNAND
    Launch saviine
    Start inject.bat on pc
    Launch game from RedNAND
    Done

But as @CreeperMario said. Why use RedNAND? No real advantages unless you're a developer
