Yes, you can use MultiMan, IrisMan or WebMan Mod to mount your isos and play them.
They have to be on a specific folder on the root of the drive: PSXISO for ps1 games and PS3ISO for ps3 games (if they are on iso format, if they are on folder format they have to be on a folder called games or gamez)

Can I ask what format should the External USB HDD be in......and also for PS2 ISO's and SEGA/SNES Roms what should the folder be called
