If it contains english language then I guess you could change it in the games options.

Yes it got english, simply set game language to it. It is also 480p/480i so it should be no problem to play it.

Well yeah if you set it to japanese most likely. You also should enable VIVID and country patch and it should work fine then.

if its scrubbed, it should be same difference == no difference.

Its possibly your TV tbh, if your wii and tv is NTSC and your game is PAL perhaps zelda only contains PAL video.

My NTSC copy is working on my PAL tv/wii with no messing with settings, cos its accepts pal and ntsc signal, I remember a while back my old school "deeper than it was wide" TV wouldnt play NTSC games in colour at all, regardless of settings or cables.

Your TV will probably support PAL, if you mean that you're playing a PAL game through the USB Loader.
My 10 year old crappy TV, my dad's two TVs, and my new TV have no issues playing PAL games on my Wii with a backup launcher.
I think it forces NTSC or something so that the frequency doesn't become screwed up.
I tried playing Animal Crossing City Folk long ago, maybe nearly two years, back when you had to do more work to get a different region game to work.
I didn't force NTSC when I tried to play the PAL version, "Let's Go To The City", so it was in black and white and had screen tearing.

If you used force ntsc video and that didn't work then that game probably doesn't have ntsc video. Some older games are pal or ntsc only
