I seem to be able to play several NTSC games but I tried a PAL game (Big Brain Academy) on my NTSC wii with a Wiikey but the disc was not recognised when I inserted it in the dvd rom. I tried debricking it and it was recognised but locked up right after the title screen. Should I be able to play Pal discs ? Also when I out of region games in the configuration disc (1.2) what does that mean exactly. Are they refering to pal games?
You should be able to get it them to work, others do. Tried regionfrii? Just be careful it doesn't try updating your console to europe firmware. i have a pal wii, so can't try it.
Plus, hasn't big brain had an ntsc dump anyway? why not just download that?
