If I find a CIA game on the internet somewhere, could I play online once I install the CIA? e.g., Super Smash Bros. 3DS, if I install a CIA of it can I play online?

dont play online with a .3ds you can get banned if you didnt set a header (cia uses the header of the console so its safe to go online)
