Hardware Can i play my wiiware games i downloaded on my wii u ?

I have castlevania rebirth on my wii its a wiiware game I just got a wii U how do i transfer it to my wii u if i can also

can I play the game on both consoles?

you can but you need to do a system transfer. it will wipe your wii clean and put everything on it over to vwii on the wiiu. you can only play in in vwii.

you can soft mod your vwii than you can get the wad of the game and put it on vwii and play it that way. but the 2nd option isn't legal
