Hacking Can i play GBA games with a DSTT

If i use this Rudolph's GBA exploder tool, can i run GBA games such as pokemon leaf green or even GBC games such as pokemon blue with using just my TTDS and not having to get a slot 2 expansion?

No slot-1 device can play GBA games without a slot-2. GBC can be played via an emulator, use the search to find out what the best ones are.

I'm going to close this thread as I'm sure some troll will flame you.
