Gaming Can I pick any card?

Hey all..
So at the moment I'm searching for ways to buy an Xbox live subscription.
I think most of you know this, but if you don't then here it is:
Microsoft's credit card billing is messed up.
Whether I try buying a live subscription from the Xbox, or from MS's website or anything, it gives me an error.
Not just me, it's happening to like everyone these days.
I'm thinking of just ordering an Xbox live card, so I searched Play-Asia and I came across something interesting.
Look at this, this and this.

They all have different prices..
Can I use any of them on my PAL Xbox?
Or does it matter which country my Live account is set to?
How does this work?

I would if I had to..
But I want to check whether I can use the Asian card or not. It's the cheapest.
