I want add/edit files on my USB drive which is connected to my Wii over the network. It's a pain to unplug and connect directly to my PC. Is this possible? Thanks!

yes, you can use ftp for this effect..
but keep in mind, it can be slow.. i also have this being lazy issue, where its a pain to get the pen and put on the computer... but the time it takes for transfer on the network, its not worth it.. but it can be faster for you (since my router is a shit)

do you know how to use ftp?
if you use wiiflow, there is an option to enable ftp, in case you dont use wiiflow you can use this http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Ftpii
then you can use a clien on pc, like filezilla and manage the sd and usb contents on the wii

edit. i forgot you could also use wiixplorer
if you don't know what is ftp or how to set it up, give me a call and i can help ya
