Homebrew Can i install Haxchi if i am running ColdBootHax CFW?

My question is
Can i install Haxchi with an other DS VC Game safely if i am running CBHC CFW?
I am asking because i want to make a "custom channel" so i can launch ftpiiu_everywhere for cbhc directly from home menu.
So can i install Haxchi with an other DS VC Game safely?
I want to be sure so i not brick my Wii U.

Yes, you can install it to a different game (even a nonoriginal one) just fine

In fact, even if you installed it over CBHC (without properly disabling CBHC first) it would still work as intended, running what you set in the Haxchi configuration and any button being pressed (which, depending on the configuration, may or may not be a problem)

i am on android i have no pc and i want to make myself own custom tga files for boot stuff etc. you know can i use a image converter on android to convert it from png to tga format and then in a hex editor "Verify" the tga
i mean adding a TRUEVISION-XFILE.. at the end of the TGA
