Hacking Can i install cfw/cia on a 3DSXL without any flashcard?

I have a 3DSXL with 9.2.0-20EU on it. I heard you can downgrade and install cfw on it. Im not sure how if its possible on a european console. Can someone tell me and send me some files so i can do it.
