Hacking Can I Import Zelda Archive by powersaves?

i dont have a save dongle but i had a powersaves ,so can i import archive by powersaves?

I would attempt to help you, but my cartridge is with my sister.

I'd expect not, due to Powersaves encrypting the saves oddly, and in a way where you can only restore saves backed up from the same cart. If you could, it'd make PKHeX compatible with Powersaves too.
