When I want to play Wii games, I format my USB drive to WBFS and place the games. When I wanna play Gamecube games, I format it to FAT32 and simply put a folder with the roms.

Sometimes I find it tiring to have to format my pen to play games from different consoles.

So, I got this idea today: Can I divide my USB in to drives? One for Wii games and other for Gamecube roms? And how do I do that?

Don't format a drive to WBFS. It's an obsolete format. Format your entire drive to FAT32 with 32k clusters. Then put both your GameCube and Wii games on your drive in their correct folders and all should be well. Here is a link to a guide in case you don't know how. http://www.wiihacks.com/showthread.php?t=96770
