No you're not going to get banned from CBHC and multiplayer is dead anyways.

Okay. I was never interested in multiplayer anyway. Won’t my NNID get banned on other devices for having a modded WII U? For example my Switch? Is there no way for Nintendo to see this?

Nintendo sees it but doesn't care.
No one got banned and no one will.

Okay thanks. This still makes me paranoid. Any way to block Nintendo from seeing my Wii U at all? Not disconnecting from internet though.

They can't see if you have CFW or not so don't panic.

Still playing Smash, Mario Kart 8 and Splatoon just fine so its not really dead unless you try Call of Duty which was pretty much dead on launch.

Its safe unless you start to do things you shouldn't (like adding custom tracks and then playing online in mario kart.)
