Can I get ban for this? Game saves

Hello guys!
I downloaded elden ring game saves because my ps5 game save are gone. So I resign the game save on PS4 hen 11.00 fw, and copy to ps5. Can I get ban from elden ring or PSN if I use this game save on ps5 online?

Possibly ban from Fromsoftware servers if you have 999 Somber Dragon Smithing Stones for example, where it's obvious you have cheated these in.
Just play ER offline mode (no PvP). I doubt if you'd get PSN banned though.
