You mean you're using the homebrew DNS for Nintendo WFC access? And you don't think that would have anything to do with the browser not working!?

Change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and see if that makes the browser work.

I can tell you that the Internet browser on my N3DS still works perfectly fine, so you shouldn't be expecting some magical "patch or cia" to fix everything. Something is wrong with your settings, or otherwise something else is wrong with your 3DS.

Are you talking about your DS Internet settings, or your 3DS Internet settings? Can you connect to the eShop or anything else that doesn't use DS mode?
