So I notice that in after the downgrade to 2.1.0 I would need to use the browser to install arm9loaderhax can I do this some other way? I have a gateway card, would the mset exploit work?

I would love to see an mset exploit for safeA9LHinstaller, or even just for OTPHelper, which we could dump our OTP with and then go back to 9.2 and use safeA9LHinstaller from HBL.
But afaik the only current way to launch those homebrews are throught the browser. There may be a way to self-host the exploit from say a phone (similar to what we can do on Wii U), but I have no clue if that is even possible

I'm very limited in knowledge in terms of 3ds hacking, so if something I said is completely impossible don't be afraid to let me know. I've gotta learn somehow
