Hacking Can I flash the Zelda Game Boy Camera ROM to a normal Game Boy Camera?

I own several Game Boy Cameras, and I also own a BennVenn Joey Joebag Gen 3 cart reader/writer. I have used it to read save data from the cameras, and also it appears to have extensive rom flashing capabilities for a variety of different game carts. If one had a copy of the Zelda Game Boy Camera ROM, then would it be possible to use this device to flash that ROM over the stock ROM of a normal GB Camera, essentially turning it into a functionally equivalent Zelda GB Camera?

Unlikely. You can't flash roms to normal games unless it for some reason uses a flash chip to store the rom which really doesn't happen in official games.
