Homebrew Can I Emunand? N3DSXL 9.0.0, a copy of OOT, and hope in my heart

Howdy guys, I'm trying to run emunand on my 9.0.0 system, and I don't have CN. I heard somewhere, with the right set of payloads and the ability to inject a save file, I could get OOT to boot the launcher.dat.

Is this true? Does anybody know how? Will I have to find a copy of CN in Tampa if I want to continue down the path I have chosen for myself? Any help would be appreciated.

I know how to get into homebrew just fine, so there's that.

You don't even need OOT at this point. This is the guide I followed to get everything up and running on my N3DSXL 9.0.0. I've been using it for over a month now and it works flawlessly.
