Hacking Can I dump a DS game and create a .cia file of it to install?

Pretty much the title. I have a few DS games I want to dump and install on my 3DS but I don't know how. Any help? I'm using RX Tools.

There are actually some 3DeSmuME builds that load the game from romfs, so yeah, it is possible to create cia files of DS games to install on the 3DS...
Now, at best it will be unplayable (especially on O3DS), and at worst it won't even run, but from what the OP said, the only requirement is to be able to install it, not play it

On topic: No. Like everyone has said and will continue saying each time this is asked. Maybe once the DS Emulator is better, but that'll probably be N3DS only.

That's where the term experimental comes into play. From the videos I watched, however, it looked fine.
