Yes it's entirely possible there are however a few things to note. First the current firmware has only one public exploit besides haxchi and that's the browser hack which is very unreliable. Second why can't you purchase a game for use with haxchi and just install it instead of trying to run CFW through the already mentioned extremely unreliable browser exploit.

Actually, I use a browser exploit. u.drg.li works fine, sometimes it'll freeze, but just try again. In really rare cases, it'll freeze twice in a row. Other then that, it's a really good and under-used web browser exploit
