i know this is kinda impossible but can i downgrade mt psp 1000 official firmware 6.31 to official firmware 5.03? for hacking reasons XD

yes, though you're probably better off going to something like 5.00m33-6 directly.
you do need a pandora's battery set (tool/jigkick battery and a specially formatted memorystick) for now.

how can i go to 5.00m33-6 directly? i already have a pandora and a magic memory stick ,but my psp official firmware is 6.31 can i still hack it in this firmware?

Pandora works on a 1k regardless of current firmware.

Just put in your mms and pandora, hold the button you selected to go to pandora menu, and it'll install whatever cfw you selected on it

There's a 5.50 version as well

Otherwise, yes if you can't use half byte loader.

I'm just trying to avoid the pandora method as it sounds way too complicated and I don't feel like dishing out cash for one atm @_@

Considering everything you get from it, I think $6.25 is a steal.

Half Byte Loader should run the software I posted above that can switch it to a pandora and then back when you're done. It's easy to make the MMS.
