Hacking Can I dowgrade from 4.0

I had a version of cIOS installed before and I was able to downgrade from 3.2
Also, I read somewhere that AnyRegion Changer could used to downgrade to 3.2, and I'm wondering if I can
Oh, and I used Wanikoko's 4.0 upgrader if that's important.

You can downgrade, but not using any region chnager. It didnt work with me when I was on 4.o

I think you cannot downgrade to 3.x if you have a LU64+ Wii though...

From the ultimate system menu 4.0 online guide:



Prerequisites:
--SD card
--Homebrew Channel Installed
--cIOS installed or system menu 3.4 or lower
--Wifi Connection (Ethernet doesnt work)
--Unplug any Gamecube Memory Cards, Gamecube Controllers, USB Devices
--Read the FAQ and be prepared with a general knowledge of Wii Homebrew

1) Install cIOS36 rev13 to IOS249 using Network install mode

2) Downgrade system IOS files using IOS Downgrader

3) Downgrade to 3.2 using cIOS Downgrader even if you are already on 3.2 run this




So since you have cIOS installed, cIOS downgrader should work to downgrade from 4.0. (Provided you're not an LU64+ wii user as said above.
