I have a Supercard DSTWO and sometimes I use Twilight Menu on it.

Sadly Twilight Menu store the save files in a separate folder called "Saves". But Supercard DSTWO store them in the same folder as the ROM.

If there is a way I can make the Supercard DSTWO firmware to store the save files in the same folder as Twilight Menu?

Yeah it would probably be easier to go with a custom build of Twilight Menu.

Alternatively there are pieces of reliable DS homebrew that can manipulate the filesystem. Bulk moving files is tricky but not impossible (especially if you went for something like a cut down dslinux and match a shell script in it).
Easier might be duplicating the saves folder and then copying the file you want back and forth.

I'm not sure if it's any different using a flash cart on the 3ds, but my nds uses saves from inside the rom folder with twilight menu++ and supercard dstwo. I think it may only use the saves folder if you're not using that flash cart.

I got it to work like I wanted, it seems that Twilight Menu actually had that function, it just didnt worked at first for whatever reason.

Why not move all everything in "saves" a directory up, use the DSTWO flashcart loader files and disable B4DS in TWiLightMenu? I'd never use B4DS on a DSTWO, it ruins the entire functionality of the cart.

SylverReZ @ SylverReZ: But I bet that would be more for a flashcart than a consumer repro board.
