You can install one of the basic themes in the settings of Menuhax, or install a custom theme if you have the bgm and body_LZ files inside of the menuhax folder.
When you change the menu layout Menuhax is gone!
You have to install it again AFAIK
You can switch between the stock plain coloured themes using Menuhax Manager.
You can get rid of Menuhax and go with A9LH and never have to worry about the Menuhax flaws ever again
There is an application like that CMMD application called Tinker. It's for menuhax and allows you to install the theme's if you have the files. Also, if you can run menuhax, you're most likely on 9.3-10.5. You should downgrade to 9.2 and install A9LH.
