Hacking can i buy some digital game after installed gateway firmware?

can i buy some thing on eshop without emunand after i installed gateway firmware ?
3DS ware,free trial,free ware,digital game, etc.

if i can,
when i buy it in emunand,
sysnand will also have same game or not?
or i need buy it in sysnand?

Simple answer is no. sysnand and emunand are two different nands. Why would you want to buy the game if you have gateway? You wouldnt be able to buy any eshop games anyways since gateway doesnt support EMUnand above 9.3.0 yet.

if i can't buy thing from e-shop,
mean i can't download the game patch too,
online mode will not work before i patch the game,

You can download an update even if you don't have the game.
Just search for it on eShop.

I'm going to buy this one game that is going to release 2015.. It's only available on eshop. So if I use my 3ds 9.2 with gateway, so I can't buy that game? And how about older eshop games (which is only available for eshop too) ?

You can not access the eshop on 9.2 anymore, and gateway does not support 9.3 yet. So either wait for gateway to update, or buy a second 3ds (they're really cheap these days for a used one) and use that for all your eshop needs.

I believe, correct me if I'm wrong (as nobody seems to be answering your question) but I believe that when/if Gateway supports the latest firmware (9.3 as of this writing) then you can use the eshop on emunand.

I found a reburbised 3DS for $130 but I think I'm going to save up for N3DS instead. Eshop can wait for my money and plus my top priority is Gateway or DsTwo+ (if it really exist). Anyway, thanks guys for the suggestions!

That doesn't answer his question. He only wanted to know if, in the event Gateway did support 9.3, if he would be able to use the eshop. You're mindlessly stating something he already knows, he knows you can't access it on 9.2. Learn how to use the English language, I'm assuming your first language is English, his isn't and he has a stronger grasp on it than you do.
