I have the expansion ram that came with my official DS Opera internet browser. If I could play GBA games, how could I do that? What software would I need?

The memory expansion is just a memory expansion, you can't store any data onto it, so you can't play GBA roms.

You'd need something like the EZ Flash 3-in-1 for that. Unfortunately, as far as I know, the expansion ram won't let you play any GBA games.

It can be used for homebrew that supports it (SNEmulDS, DSLinux, Moonshell, etc) but you can't run any GBA files from it. The GBA starts data execution at a certain address while the Opera pack's writable portion doesn't start until a good amount after that point.
