Im testing and studying the whole EUR titles on USA consoles and was wondering if it was possible if i can get official updates for the title while on a USA 3ds and USA NNID?

Not at this current point in time, no. If cearp ever releases a guide on region changing emuNANDs, then maybe, but who knows (it's just speculation, and last I heard, they had no luck getting the eShop to work).

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1

An FPGA could probably replicate the chip's functionality without buying donor parts.+1
