Not at the moment. Four Swords Anniversary Edition seems to be the exception, as it was a free download, there exist legit CIAs of it that will work on legit sysNAND once installed with DevMenu.

I have a 4 Swords cia that I installed in sysNAND on my o3ds, but it gave the error message to turn off my 3ds. Will it be the same for my n3ds?

It has to be created correctly to work as a legit CIA.

Last I checked four swords will work now but it requires Palantine.

I am not sure what the exact definition of DSiware is but my kid is playing links awakening right now on a n3ds as a cia and no CFW.
