Hacking Can anyone translate these strange SSBB notices?

The top and bottom one, each with the "100" in them.

I got these randomly while playing, and the icon was an exclamation point, but I have no idea what they mean. Usually I got the exclamation point when I unlocked break the target stages, so I'm wondering what it means.

Anyone got any ideas?

part-set = toolbox i assume
nostalgic game = virtual console demo
battle = vs mode

First one: 100 times the number of antitank (wtf antitank?)

Weird translation. dunno what it means. I just converted those to romanji and then back to kanji's etc. to translator.
Also couldn't translate that last one. : D Maybe some japanese will help you out

100 shiiru probably means 100 stickers? Thanks so much for your help! Wish I could read kanji, this game has a lot of fun stuff to keep track of...

Yeah the language barrier is a big problem. Its fun to try and guess how to complete challenges based on english characters and numbers lol (I got the play 10 matches on melee stages one)
