You can trade modded pokemon. but if you use pkhex to create a pokemon, it means you have a hacked switch and bringing that online seems like a really good way to get banned.

Yes, but if they trade locally to a 'normal' Switch it's possible. I'd love to request some mons too, 'been seing giveaways online already...
