The original has this title ID: LULZ
The new Open homebrew has this title id: OHBC. That's why the new doesn't overwrite the original and you can have both.

The green is just a forwarder, and the question is if it still can forward to the old one LULZ.
So you just need to uninstall the new blue one OHBC.

Uninstalled OHBC and yes,the GREEN Homebrew Channel boots correctly into the Homebrew Channel Screen.

Just an info:
At the time I had installed the HBC Green HBC v2 - GHBC vWii from this page (this date, I had to install it in around 2013, afterwards I no longer touch it, I was young at the time

1 st) when I run the HBC Green HBC v2 from vwii mode, it works correctly
2nd) when I run from the original blue HBC it also works fine.
