Yea i mean... the only that differs ogb and gbc cartridge is that corner that is empty or full
On ogb, theres that small piece of plastic that fill that empty corner
But what if we break/remove thay piece of plastic and put a gbc game in it?
I mean, that piece of plastic has no reader or any important part, right?

You can see it for yourself if you want in an emulator. Some will allow you to force GB mode, or you can try things which only ever ran in GB mode (many around here might have seen it in the original goomba on the GBA which did not do GBC until a later fork).

Short version is you just get an error screen. Sometimes a custom error screen

There was a discussion over at romhacking.net a little while back on forcing things past that and seeing what would happen. http://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.php?topic=21242.0

This is what happens, most of the times.
Many GBC games have a handler for this in case someone tries it in incompatible hardware.

Wait I though Pokemon Gold was compatable but not Crystal
It is Crystal.
For some reason, there is a leftover SGB border in ROM, making it obvious that Gold was the base ROM for making Crystal.
