Hacking Can anyone shed some light in this?

OK so if you haven't read any of my earlier posts on the Xbox360 forums, I don't have a JTAG 360 but I can play burned ISO's (I suffer) but being as all this hype over SFxTK I was wondering if the ones who can played burned games (like me) can unlock all of the DLC as JTAG Boxes can. Basically I want it all unlocked, any help/comments will be helpful.

You can't. You want the dlc on flashed box, you have to buy it.

If the DLC gets released on DVD for retail shops then yes you can pirate and burn it.
Otherwise spend a few bucks on something.

Now see here's the thing, I have the DLC files on my desktop. Just making them bootable on a flashed box is proving difficult. JTAG Boxes have it easy.

By DLC being released on DVD I meant like the DLC series for GTA and RDR.

Both DLC packs where released on DVD.
So you could play the "story" without having a connection to XBLive.

OK here's the thing. The DLC is already on the disc itself, case in point it's the Street Fighter X Tekken game which has all of the DLC on it from the start. What I'm trying to figure out is how to unlock it on a flashed 360 not a JTAG one.

You probably have to purchase a unlock key for it like with Eternal Sonata.

If it isn't released as a stand alone DLC pack on DVD then it's NOT piratable on a flashed system.

Either spend some pennies or get a jTAG/RGH.

Whoa whoa whoa buddy calm it down some, there have been others who got it to work. Many things are floating around some with correct info some without. All I'm doing is asking around, no need to get uptight. Just so you know it can and has been done it's time consuming yet I wanted to know if any other method could be used. Basically all that needs to be done is to make a jtag premodded rip but since that takes awhile again I was just asking around.

I'm not uptight.
I'm just kinda pushing you into the safety net.

You can screw around with ISO's but the more you screw around and the more you pirate stuff that can be detected by MS (pirated DLC like the non-jTAG stuff etc is detectable since you did not bought it yet the profile shows data being logged + possible achievements) the greater the chance of getting banned.

I also downloaded a copy of Dash of destruction and injected it into my HDD.
DoD being a DRM free game (from a Doritos action once) can essentially be downloaded for free.
Just like Hexen and Yaris iirc.

But stuff like COD maps etc or Super Meat boy/Rock of Ages/Castle crashers isn't released on DVD etc.
So that can be detected by MS by running your profile trough the transaction database.

Anything can be achieved with some effort and time yes.
But really, it's just isn't worth getting banned for sometimes.
Thats why I kind of hammered on getting either a jTAG/RGH or just purchasing it.

You CANT play a modified iso on a ixtreme hacked drive. Either you get yourself a jtag/rgh console or forget everything and wait until the official dlc is out.

Having a jTAG/RGH has another couple of advantages.

Playing pre-release games.
Playing games that aren't worth burning to disk (like easy 1000g games)
Homebrew (very limited)

And the benefit of backing up your games to the HDD.

playing pre-released games can still be played on a flashed 360, as most releases are pre-release and there is a small amount of homebrew for retail consoles. also all dvd games can be backed up onto HDD with retail consoles but just need the disc in the drive to boot the game........................sudeki300
