Hacking Can anyone play Dragon quest Joker 3 on Sky3ds+?

am currently using a SanDisk 64G sd card. all the new sky card does is changing the rom into .3ds.bad. i've also tried different source of rom, none of them work. anyone have any idea of what's going on? and how to fix it?
