Hacking Can Anyone Help Me With My 3DS

Basically I got rid off my old DS lite ages ago now along with GBA games. Since then I have got a 3DS but want all off my old pokemon games back. Is there anyway to but GBA roms on to my 3DS withoout a r4 card or having to buy an older DS.
