its supposedly a ps3 "jailbreak" for 4.11 - is this true?

If not, what would be the best mod chip for me to get and how would I go about it. I'm pretty clueless about modding the ps3. I used to mod PSP slims and phats back in the days, but only softmodded...


So if someone could kindly refresh my memory and teach me some new things, I'd be very happy.

Fake. You still need 3.55 for custom firmware. E3 flasher can get you to 3.55, if you're above it in the fiirst place. best site to read link
