I was browsing through the U.S. and U.K. PS Stores (for free stuff worth downloading), and found that this game is available for purchase on the U.K. store despite websites saying it's been delisted.
There is a catch, if you want to buy it, you're forced to buy the other game bundled with it (Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon) for £19.99 ($26.99).
It's not really worth buying it, but it's available if someone wants it.
