Gaming Call of Duty: World at War Sensitivity Level

I haven't played COD:WAW on the DS for some time now and after finishing CORE and playing with some friends. The touch screen sensitivity for COD feels really akward. If people have tried out CORE, (I set my sensitvity to all the way as that feels the best for me) the sensitvity is WAY different even on the lowest setting.

I was wondering if anyone can suggest where I should put the Sensitvity Level at for COD? Maybe a photo or something. Also whats the Double Tap Sensitvity, is that used to make it easier to tap and change weapons,aim etc?
