Gaming Call Of Duty Black Ops (Nooby question)

I have cIOS installed, 249 and all that, i followed the instructions and used d2x cIOS installer, and you can't install wads unless you have that installed so, i know that cIOS is installed now but, im putting COD on my usb right now, and i heard there is like a certain file you have to put to get it to work? Im using USB Loader GX

does anyone have any clarification for me?

does the game just make you sit at the loading screen? if so this is what made it work for me was ios 249, Force NTSC , fix 002 error on , iso reload off , VIDTV patch on im sure thats all if i am missing something tell me or i will edit it

It worked if I changed it to either ios 58 or 249. Can't remember which one exactly though, sorry.
