There was this game for the C64 where you were a cop and the first part had you driving a car in a sort of 3D mode, then you stopped and went into buildings to catch/fire up enemies in a 2D side-scrolling manner. You had a special thingy on your wrist that was like some kind of computer device....you could either shoot them, or catch them with a net.....
I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. All I remember is that I really liked that game back in the day.
